There are many different mental strategies that can increase a student’s concentration.

Below I will break down the strategies into 3 lists: 1) Mental Powers, 2) Physical Tools and 3) Outside Resources.

1) Mental Powers :
Mental Powers, such as setting specific goals for oneself or using mindfulness, are some of the most suggested ways to keep a student focused.

2) Physical Tools:
Physical Tools for increasing concentration may be another viable option. Wall stickers with motivational phrases on them or even an app or gadget to aid concentration might be good tools to use in different situations.

3) Outside Resources:
Outside Resources are availble in literature and film often and can convey messages related to proactivity, hard work, perseverance and tolerance which can lead to increased focus in students while they strive towards long-term goals.

There are many different techniques and methods that teachers can use in order to better help their students concentrate. As a teacher, you should be trying to create a system that will work best with the subject that you are teaching. To make sure that your students are staying focused and on task, there are many techniques and activities that should be put into place. The most effective techniques depend on the personality type of your students and also depends on the activities being used in class.

The student concentration is the amount of mental effort or focus that a student spends on learning or completing a task. The amount of concentration students employ has great effects on their focusing, their motivation, and the quality and progression of the tasks they intend to complete. There are many ways to improve it.

1) Mindfulness:
it is said if you have attention deficit things like caffeine can bring your exhaustion up by triggering high blood pressure which makes it much more difficult for you to pay attention. A simple way to maintain clarity in your day-to-day applications is just breathing, practicing conscious breathing.

2) Creative Arts:
they deal with more of our intuitive states, where you’re engaging not just with your intellect but with your emotions and
